Very nice gloves, they have excellent grip when holding items that are normally slick & they provide excellent cut resisitance

The kevlar material protects against light pressure, but they are not by any means cut-resistant. Our mattress builders use them, and even the thin flexible blades they use go straight through them. They do breathe and the grip is effective initially, but they wear out quickly with daily use. I would not recommend this product for anything other than infrequent use with blunt object work.

Having cut my left hand with an inattentive swipe of it past the running B + D lightweight hedge trimmer I was holding in my right hand (non-lethal cuts, but very scary) I went shopping fot "cut proof" gloves. I like the high visibility and overall hand protection of these. Haven't tried to slice my hands yet, but the gloves are snug and comfortable. Yes, the protective material doesn't breathe like leathervwork gloves, but the hedge tool went through my leather gloves in a microsecond, so I hope for some protection here.
