Use of edible flowers
This is a beautiful book but the author has been irresponsible by using poisonous flowers to decorate her cakes.I have purchased this book but was alarmed to see hydrangeas on the icing. Most people nowadays use edible flowers to decorate their cakes and some eat these flowers, it becomes quite dangerous when cooks, chefs decide to add their flair but with little thought of the ramifications.

Not like her first book i know the concept was totally different but was of no use to me i have returned it

Love following bets on insta. This book is more about the process behind a few of her cakes which I liked. I have her first book also and if you are after recipes it would be better

Best book on cake design I’ve ever come across
This book is brilliant, sassy, and everything you need to be able to make stunning cakes AND scale recipes and portions to be able to make it for a crowd! Very thoughtfully included measurement charts are a big help. And the recipes of course are delicious.
