Original Men's Chest Compression Shirt to Hide Gynecomastia Moobs Shapewear

I’m a satisfied, happy buyer. My review is in two parts. PART 1 is background/back-story; and PART 2 is my conclusion and summary. PART 1: I used the size chart with the big title on it "Esteem Apparel Slimming Compression Shirts." I am 6'3" at 220 LB, which is in the XL zone but only one box away from L (large). Age 63, waist 40, chest 46. I chose size L (large). My formerly strong-firm pectoral muscles have been losing mass for a few years, and no longer as tight. And the skin isn't shrinking along with the muscle. PART 2, CONCLUSION AND SUMMARY: When I first put on a white collared tee shirt that I have to wear as a member of a performing group, it was bad and I was self conscious. Now I look much better! Excellent effect! Before, even with a crew neck undershirt beneath the collared tee shirt, my man-boobs were too obvious for my liking. This compression shirt is the solution. I'm compressed and firmed up. Also the compression shirt and its seams don’t show through the white collar tee shirt. I should mention that the outer white tee is good quality…..not wimpy and sheer like a lot of tees. Its brand name is Izod. Pulling the shirt requires more effort than our loose fitting stuff, and I expected that. Once on, I scooted what I'd call the boob area panel to where it belongs. Then made other simple adjustments. The shirt is great. Very comfortable in the chest/moob area...nice and snug, firming and flattening. The feeling of compression at my waist is tighter and more noticeable. It’s where I'm fatter than I should be, which is my fault, and I need to slim down. This shirt’s purpose is to help with the chest/moob problem, and for that purpose, it is ONE HUNDRED PERCENT successful. Until I slim down my waist, I like the compression of the love-handles/spare-tire zone. In that zone even though I don’t think of this as a belly-flattening shirt or love-handle-reducing shirt, I do look slightly slimmer, and my profile is more gradual in that zone. So, the love-handle bulge isn't as pronounced. Boy I’m a happy buyer. BRAVO!

I ordered the shirt in my usual size, but it turned out to be one size too small. Customer service was excellent—they were proactive and even reached out in advance to let me know they were available if I needed any assistance. The shirt does a great job of securing my chest and stomach area without feeling overly uncomfortable or too restrictive. For best results with the tank top, I still needed to wear nipple pads. It's a good product. Does a decent job of flattening the gyno (But nipples will still be visible if they are hard). However, it only lasts about six months with twice- or thrice-weekly use, which is its main drawback. I expect them to keep improving their product.

So I've tried Spanx and it worked for years for me but I didn't realize until now that I was not wearing it properly. After getting this Esteem Apparel compression shirt and reading the instructions, I see now that I should have been stepping into my previous compression shirt rather than pulling it over my head like a typical t-shirt. If you want to see results with this shirt, you MUST step into it and pull/stretch it up just far enough so that you can slip your arms into it. The key is that you want the shirt to be stretched down to your thighs. This creates optimal compression to your belly and pecs. I'm 5'5" and weigh 210lbs. I should really weigh closer to 150. I've been so self conscious about wearing t-shirts during the summer time as well as tank tops. I dread it. I find any way to layer clothing which sucks because I have to deal with being extra hot and stuffy. This compression shirt works much better than my Spanx compression shirt ever did and that thing was far more expensive than this one. I noticed that it hides much better underneath shirts than other compression shirts I've worn as well, it's hard to tell you've got it on. The only thing I really think could be improved or altered is the shoulder area, it's a bit wide and I wish it were slimmer because sometimes the shoulder tank top part of the shirt bunches up just a little bit but honestly it's not a huge deal. The material the shirt is made from allows my shirts that I wear over it to effortlessly move around. Previous compression shirts I've worn didn't allow that, they'd make my out shirt stick to it if that makes any sense. While this shirt doesn't make me appear skinny, obviously, it does an amazing job at reducing my pec fat and even my belly meats lol....and with minimal sucking-in on my part. I can actually walk around without having to hold my stomach in myself which over time hurts my lower back. I used to wear size Medium in shirts when I was at a healthy weight but being overweight now, I wear Large. For this compression shirt, I bought a Large and it fits just fine. It isn't too big or too small at all for me and it isn't too long either which is an issue I run into sometimes when buying Large sized shirts. It seems durable too as I've played arcade dance games with this thing on and sweated up a storm. Just make sure after washing it that you hang it out to dry, don't put it in the dryer as the heat will damage the mesh apparently. As long as you keep that in mind, this shirt should hold up fairly well! Esteem Apparel is a fitting name because this shirt has definitely boosted my self esteem to walk around in public without feeling so insecure. It's a shame I have to wear this to begin with but I'm trying to work on my diet and exercise more. But in the meantime, this shirt helps out with hiding my extra meats a bit lol. One last thing to mention is that this shirt actually does fit underneath my tank tops which is amazing, I wasn't expecting that. It hides fairly well under a tanktop especially if it's of a darker color. If I can edit this review later, I may add before/after photos when I get the time!

I really like these, I’ve worn one other brand and this fits better and is extremely comfortable for all day wear!! If you’ve ever warn any other brands you won’t have a issue getting this one on, it’s tight like it should be, worth trying for sure.

This helps somewhat and will help flatten the chest and stomach but it won’t make you look much thinner. It doesn’t show at the front but will definitely show at the back and shoulders. Maybe it can be passed off as an undershirt. But probably not. If you are a normal BMI and suffer from genetic man boobies then this product can definitely help. But if you have man boobies because you are overweight then this product will not replace losing actual weight. If you are wearing a jacket or something that covers the back then you can get away with wearing this but if you just wear a T-Shirt over this then anyone who sees you from behind will definitely notice your “bra.”

I ordered both white and black in large size. The white one is authentic, I can tell from the plastic packaging, good quality and good size, fits my body perfectly, and do the job. However, the black one is garbage, it's not authentic, it's a cheap knock off version of the white product, it comes on a garbage plastic bag as you can see in the picture. The black one can't be worn from the bottom or the top, it's ridiculously small, a total waste of money. I don't recommend it.

I can’t thank James the creator enough! Having been widowed I’ve lost over 6 stones in weight (21st down to 14st and over 6” off my waist) and this is the cherry on the top to UP my confidence while I now complete my tone up - it is extremely comfortable to wear, does not become unbearable, remains unrestrictive and is fully breathable. It remains discreet under any clothing and doesn’t cut into or mark the skin. It is extremely well made and has a really useful user/after care guide on the packaging. I actually bought both a large and a medium to try out which one fits me best and I then received a really lovely and complimentary email from James asking if all was well and checking that as his valued customer that I remained happy with my chosen size. James - thank you once again! You’ve a finger on the pulse of customer care - something which is diminishing these days. You’ve also a genuine desire to care and help folks who are silently struggling - your product has brought a new instilled confidence to me and a genuine desire to show off my achievements without worry or a need to hide away or wear baggy clothing. Non speravo in miracoli comprando questa tipologia di maglia ma devo dire che tutto sommato riesce a comprimere qualche kg di troppo. Devo dire che il materiale è davvero molto buono e le cuciture molto resistenti...credevo di soffocare visto la stagione ma con mia sorpresa non è stato così terribile,la maglia traspira bene e di conseguenza non trattiene gli odori . Per infilarla dovendo essere stretta bisogna fare un pò di forza,non eccessiva,e appena si capisce come diventa molto semplice. Altro fattore che ho notato è che corregge e non poco la postura,tirando indietro le spalle. Sulla parte del petto devo dire comprime molto bene anche se si ha come me una ginecomastia accentuata. Il prezzo certo non è dei migliori ma considerando tutto ci può stare se la si vuole subito ,altrimenti aspettando un po' si trova anche su altri portali cinesi conosciuti, alla metà del prezzo. Nel mio caso insomma non dovendo coprire 40kg in più ma giusto quei 6/7 kg di troppo ha soddisfatto le mie aspettative ,sicuramente molto più comoda d'inverno per me la sì può usare anche nelle serate estive non troppo afose se c'è da indossare una camicia o una maglietta più avvitata.
