worked like a charm
had 2 mirrors that needed to be installed and this "adjustable" mirror clip worked exactly as I needed it to. Did have a moment where I hadn't figured out how to stop the bottom adjustable clip to hold (screwed the adjustable part into the slider, into the wall) and then could adjust the top clips. Very happy with the results

Lousy screws
While the clips and backers are excellent, the screws are soft and hard to turn. I stripped two of them and will need to find replacements. Skimping on the quality of the screws ruined what is otherwise a very good product. UPDATE: I ended up using 1-1/4" drywall screws and everything turned out perfectly. If you purchase this product, do the same, especially if you have to use drywall anchors in your installation as I needed to do in mine.

Not as advertised
This is supposed to be for a 1/2" mirror. It does NOT measure 1/2". It's less than that. IF you use the backing plate it's 3/8". But if you need 1/2" and the backing plate, this won't work. I will check to see if this can work with my mirror but I doubt it. It is mislabeled and misadvertised. Plus I ordered the Mirraco version of this and got the CRL version. They may be the same company but I've already have the 1/4" version (Mirraco) and it's BIGGER than 1/4". I may return this.UPDATE: The actual space of the bracket even without the backing plate is less that 1/2". I did return it and got hit with a restocking fee because they lie about their product. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

It holds the mirror
I got this because my framed mirror was too thick (1/2 inch) for regular mirror clips. I spray painted the clips to match the mirror frame. They were easy to install because the clips slide in the holders, so exact placement is not necessary.
