NOT made in India, made in France (at least for USA distribution)
A number of the reviews for this Parker refill specify that the refills are made in India, have some quality issues, etc.The refill I ordered in January 2025 in the U.S. is made in France, NOT India—please see the attached image.Quality seems excellent, writing is smooth and even with no blotching or gaps.

I have been using a Parker Jotter pen since, well, since forever. Refills are not cheap. These are much less expensive, and write perfectly. The ink glides onto the paper. You have a nice pen, get a nice, inexpensive refill.

Better than easy flow 9000
I tried easy flow 9000 multiple times, it always skipped and gave inconsistent results and small globs would smear as well. I don’t have that issue with these. These write much more consistent and less smearing. Writes on most surfaces as well. Overall I will continue buying these over other brands.

Made in China version is terrible
Made in China. Literally worse than my regular bic pen. Extremely disappointed because I know how smooth it is supposed to be. Basically destroyed the packaging while opening it so I don’t think I’ll be able to return. Disgusting

Glad to find these!
I couldn't find these refills anywhere, so I was pleased to find them on Amazon. The refills came well before the expected delivery date and they fit and are exactly what I needed.
