Great way to soften stools. I suffer from hard impacted stools, I blame my husband but that is another story! Highly recommended.

Post gynae surgery go-to
Had gynae surgery and the bowel side effects were absolutely awful. A friend recommended I try these in conjunction with the hospital-supplied laxatives and they have been a game changer. Gone are the painful wind and the horribly dry, hard stools. Recommend two tablets morning and night and drop back to one tablet morning and night when you’re in a rhythm. Don’t put up with the pain. Give these a shot. I hope they’ll work as well for you as they have for me.
