Excellent product. Not salty. Just the right hint of spice/heat. Dry enough that you know you are eating beef jerky but not old shoe leather. Other jerky products I have tried have been way to soft and almost moist if that makes sense. This was perfect consistency.

I have began purchasing Aufschnitt Beef Jerky from a local supermarket here in Brooklyn, NY (Glatt Mart). I Instantly became a huge fan. Anyone who knows a thing or two about quality beef jerky will enjoy this immensely.Firstly, all 5 flavors are great. Original is definitely the way to start. My personal favorite is spicy.Secondly, their customer service is great. Top notch people, polite, respectful and Professional. I had a problem with an order one time and contacted them; I spoke with someone by the name of Soloman. He was classy and helped me out with the problem and even added in a few incentives. Amazing company.Thirdly, these things are addicting. Very tasty, and you can see that there is effort put into the type of meat used and the drying process etc....I have no complaints accept the fact that the price can be a little high. But I started purchasing the 24 pack which becomes a reasonable price. Don't forget that this is Gluten free grass fed beef, and it's kosher.I am extremely happy that there is finally a high quality kosher beef jerky product like this. It's ok. Spicy version is not spicy. The beef is a bit moist for my liking. Overall flavor is not very good. I wish I would have only bought one instead of the 12 pack.

My family loves this jerky. We eat kosher, and Aufschnitt is the not only the only kosher jerky business we know of, but fortunately, it's also the best. I love the spicy variety of the classic jerky, but all of the pepperonis and bars are close seconds.They also have excellent customer service for anyone who has a question or concern. I emailed them once with an inquiry, and they got back to me right away. Love Aufschnitt.

Do not buy this if looking for halal safe Jerry. This is kosher certified, not halal certified, which are not the same thing.
