Acupressure Set

Update: very interesting results, after using for a week or 2 and getting used to the idea of it, it’s becomes very relaxing. I lay on it in the evening, normally after a bath or just when trying to chill out a bit, and after 5 minutes on it I find myself dozing off. It’s mental. Well worth the money. And I have an iffy lower back disc bulge, and this helps, after a few minutes you can feel your blood pulsing in the area, which means the inflammation is being brought to the surface in the same way that acupuncture works. ! Original review: After reading a few reviews on these things, and seeing the Facebook ads, I thought I’d give it a go. Can kind of be pleasant to lay on for a little while, but not entirely sure it actually makes any difference. The pillow itself is quite nice. Want to relax on it for five minutes. Takes a little bit of getting used to. Overall unsure of any real benefits, but much rather buy this one than the stupid Facebook ads charging £60 for the same item.

I like the mat but definitely read the instructions before use. First use I tried it on the floor big mistake, start of on a sofa or bed and then gradually use a stiffer base to lay on. Once I used it on the bed it definitely made a difference to my lower back pain, not gone but definitely reduced. If you have back pain and tried everything else give this a go worked for me you may have success too.

After reading the reviews I thought this would be an absolute miracle worker. It feels nice, but it hasn’t changed my life… but my back certainly has hurt less. I use it for about 20 minutes at night and 20 mins in the morning. I find that with clothes on, it’s not great, but on bare skin it works a lot better

They say you get way you pay for and this is no exception. It does what it's supposed to do and it's manufactured to a reasonable standard but... It's not as well finished as a genuine Shakti mat. The spikes are glued on and I'm sure will likely fall off with use. The spikes themselves are not as 'sharp' as a Shakti mat either - it's too comfortable. I'd expect that for someone new to acupressure mats this would be a gentle introduction but, if you've tried a proper one, this is going to feel a bit of a disappointment. Overall it's worth the cheap price tag, but for me it proved why the premium price point of the genuine article is worth it.

I was looking for a product to help me with my back pain after hard working days. As during this Covid lockdown it's not possible to plan any visit to massage therapist I have decided to try this acupressure set. It arrived fast and was packed in a great travel bag, so there is no problem to take it to any trip. After some days of using I can share my impressions. First time (first minutes) you really feel pain. I had to wear a t-shirt and lay on a soft sofa. But it lasts not for so long, and in 3-5 min you start feeling warmth and relaxation. After some days of using once I have almost fell asleep on it :) I can tell I really feel changes. My sleep has improved and in the morning I have additional energy for a new working day. I continue to use it every evening after a bath. Small balls from the set are always with me for local acupressure.

I wasn't too sure about this product when I ordered it, but seeing so many positive reviews I decided to give it a try, and OMG I am stunned! After just 10days of using the mat I feel a massive improvement and have far less backaches. My muscles feel more relaxed and comfortable. Additionally, the set arrived on time and in perfect condition. All in a lovely carried bag so I can easily take it with me when traveling. Highly recommend this to anyone who even remotely suffers from back pains.

I was very sceptical at buying one of these but my physio suggested it… what a difference to the pain it has made! I’ve even fallen asleep on it several times! I Would definitely recommend this item, especially if you are in discomfort with muscle/ ligament/ disc pain. It’s longer than others with a gap in the middle which makes it a) easier to get on and off and b) suitable to put on chairs as well as laying down on it.

Ok product for the price. Not as sharp as my other i have but works ok. Nice to lie for a long time and feels good for the body.

Nach wie vor gute Qualität! Ich verwende das Akupressur Set jetzt schon seit mehreren Monaten und bin nach wie vor super zufrieden!

Es könnte am Rückenteil noch ein Gummi angebracht werden, damit es an der Stuhl oder Sessel-Rückenlehne befestigt werden kann. Man gewöhnt sich rechtschnell an das pieksen 😉 Die Magnetpunkte werden ganz schön warm und es ist sehr angenehm.
