The chain is gorgeous but the jump rings and lobster claws provided do not match the chain color. Also, the jump rings do not fit in chain (I had to manually make my own jump rings at an lower guage to fit the chain and add my lobster claws. And there was only approx. 11 ft. with the product wrapped in shrink wrap (I am used to sealed wraps?). Therefore short 5 ft.

My husband bought our first baby girl a beautiful bracelet. I wanted to copy the bracelet and make my own so I could give them as presents for family. On my daughter’s there are hearts dangling as excess from the bracelet. They look like good quality silver and have an even shape. I was a little disappointed when this order came in. The metal is not the same quality and the heart shapes are a little off so it is not as pleasant to look at.

I make glasses chains. I measure all my chain and cut at exactly 2 feet. I got 3 chains out of it with about 1 foot leftover. That’s 7 feet, not 16.

The first time I ordered this chain it was pretty good but this is the second time I've ordered the moon & star & the pattern is not consistent. 2 moons directly next to eachother & a random heart. Really disappointed, not only do the lobster claws tarnish after 1 day but the length is short & the pattern is off n a few places.

I was hoping this 18kt gold chain would match my current 18kt gold chain, but the difference is unparalleled. These look to be more of an oxidized orangey gold. I feel like they look a bit cheap.
