Excellent quality
High quality flour, great for pizza, bread, pastries and pies; it also works well for filo pastry, I made some good baklava with it. I made these French Puff Pastry Brioche today, we are blown away by the quality. Buying for a third time now, this is the best ever.

Great pasta flour, but also CAKES!!
Bought this for making fresh pasta and it went really well. I used the leftover to make some steamed sponge puddings and they were super-light, so this will be come my GP to flour for special cakes.

We bought an Ooni Oven and mixed this part with semolina flour and worked a treat. Tastiest pizza I’ve ever had :)
