Honest review! & not a stupid vine reviewer either.
Hate to say it, but Liqui Moly performs better than Royal Purple when it comes to idling smoothness and longevity in the 0W‑16 oil weight class. I was surprised by the results, since I usually hear about Liqui Moly from BMW owners and never thought of it as something for Japanese cars.I used it in my Camry and the difference was noticeable — quieter idle and longer performance between changes. I’ll continue to purchase this for my vehicle.Pros:- Smooth idling performance- Longer‑lasting compared to Royal Purple in 0W‑16- Works well in Japanese cars (tested on Camry)Cons:- Not as widely marketed for Japanese vehicles- Slightly higher price pointOverall: A pleasant surprise. Liqui Moly exceeded expectations and I’ll be sticking with it for my Camry.

Best choice for RAV4 with A25A-FKS
Simply stated this oil is a great choice and perfect container size for the 5th gen rav4 which needs 4.5L oil w/ filter. I've been using this oil for 30k miles on my wife's car for about 5 changes with no issues. I have stopped buying oil that is expensive or gimmicky, and go with whichever synthetic is on sale...and usually liquimoly is on sale. No burning at all and it definitely comes out as a darker-red color without being super-black, so it's doing its job. Highly recommend using this for your RAV4 5th gen.

Quieter engine, significantly improved fuel mileage.
Saw the reviews, asked my mechanics, and thought it was worth a try. The Toyota original oil left the engine noisy at high RPM, as the reviews for the Venza states. Switched to a Valvoline oil, got quieter. Switched to this LiquiMoly and had a bit of trouble hearing when the engine was running. Then got 48+ MPG across town, and averaged 41.9 mpg driving to Shreveport and back on I-20 @ 70 MPH.Liqui Moly has a confirmed long term customer. Now if only they would get their Molygen oil available in 0w-16....

Take care of your car
I can't give an honest review on how this brand compares to the others I've tried because I haven't noticed any difference. The only difference I've noticed has been in my bank account. If you take care of your car, any difference between this and other more expensive brands won't matter.
