I wish I could review without rating with stars. I bought just one bottle and didn’t notice difference. But with supplements, you sometimes have to take for a few months to see results. No weird smell or after taste. I think some reviews said there was. But I didn’t notice.

Upsets my stomach and caused bloating
I was on this for 2 weeks and I had the worst bloating I had in a while. I should note that I have IBS. Once I stopped taking it, the bloating went down and my stomach feels normal again! This is just my personal experience with this as someone who struggled with IBS. But thought I’d share incase someone else is in a similar boat.
