Solid computer, but haven't had it for long
The computer is only a few weeks old now, but working great and very easy to use. Will update review if anything changes in the coming months.

Do not buy this laptop
Bought this laptop for the Brand and all the features. It worked great for a day and then it wanted to update Bios. I started the update which should have taken 2-5 minutes. 3 hours later the laptop is still running with a black screen and I called customer support. The first person told me the update could take up to 3 hours (not true). I tried to shut the laptop down with the power button but no luck. 3 hours later I called customer service again and was told to turn off with the power button (like I hadn't done that 10 times before). I was also told to unplug the power cord. The batter is fully charged and now I have to wait for the battery to run down. Also customer service offered to put in a repair order. This laptop is a day old and I bought it new. I do not want a repaired laptop. I will be returning this as soon as the battery runs down.

Great laptop
I love this laptop. It is mainly used for work but also pleasure. When I first received it, certain functions were slow to comprehend (or it could've been just me), like converting from using earphones with video conferencing to using the computer speaker. It was a challenge for a few weeks but again it could've been me.. Awesome laptop. I bought another one for a friend.

DO NOT BUY
This laptop doesn’t work. It only connected to the internet for a couple days. I’ve spent the whole day on the phone with tech support and they said too bad call Amazon. Amazon won’t replace. They will offer a return but I have to wait probably about 2 weeks. I can’t purchase a new one until I get the money back and can’t just quit college until this process happens. It’s absolutely ridiculous!
