Does the wheel come off

It does but you void your warranty. Ricmotech used to sell adapters for most wheels. I swapped my tmx with a deep dish. Def not an easy thing to pull off. But if your willing to take a hack saw to the old wheel to turn it into a button box and punch a hole in the case for the wiring it's possible

Can the wheel be hard mounted?

Yes you can hard mount the TMX. Ricmotech.com has a hard mount plate. Look it up. I have mine hard mounted to my rig and it works so good

Good nigth! The pedals are included in this package?

Yes the pedals are included. They are pretty light weight and only include brake and accelerator, no clutch. But if you have the three pedal set it will work with this controller.
