THIS IS MISLEADING. Each softgel has only HALF that amount, i.e. 500mg. So why doesn't the label say 500mg instead? I've never seen a vitamin or supplement bottle display the main ingredient PER PILL as more than what it actually is. **Q: One of the reviews said it contained carrageenan, is that right?** A: Carageenan is not listed on the label as an ingredient. The label is plainly displayed on the Amazon product page and is the same as on the bottle. From what I can determine, using online resources, carageenan is required by the FDA to be listed on the label of products that contain it. **Q: Hom many actual mgs of omega 3? not the mg of raw oil but the actual omega3?** A: On the back of the bottle it states: serving size, 2 softgels.
