this motor turns on at max power immediately when i plug in the battery on sport s cub 2. transmitter is off. Any idea?

When you plug the motor into the board there are 3 female plugs and only 2 male on the motor. Use the 2 furthest away from the ailerons and elevator plug with the ground furthest to the right looking from the back of the plane.
