Dickies Women's Genflex 28 Inch Youtility Lab Coat

The "junior" size chart for this lab coat would have you believing that a junior 2X is only a 14-16. NOT SO. I decided to take a chance and order the 2x even though i'm an 18-20. IT FIT PERFECTLY. I'm only 5'2", 200lb, 48-40-50, and it looks great, if slightly long in the waist - i'm short, so most things are, and i don't consider this a flaw. There is still plenty of room in the bust (i wear a 36H bra) and waist, but i would say that hip size 50-52" is about all this coat can handle. The color is a great slightly lavender-toned grey, and the pockets are deep and seem sturdy. I bought this for a lab class, but it's so cute that i might consider wearing it as a springtime raincoat. I'm in nursing school, and had previously bought a Grey's Anatomy lab coat because I love their scrubs, but the coat was boxy, restrictive, and the sleeves were way too short. I read reviews and decided to give this Gen Flex coat a go, and I'm so glad I did. The material is thinner, but still looks professional while allowing for ease of movement. The styling and details are very cute, and I love how it tapers in at the waist just enough to give you a feminine shape. I found it to be true to size, and the sleeves are the perfect length (I'm 5'6"). Highly recommend.

I'm 5,7 145lb. After reading the reviews, I ordered a size S. The fit was comfortable, though when buttoning the lower part of the coat, it was rather snug around my hip. I usually wear my coat open, so this is not an issue. Another thing to keep in mind is that this coat cannot be adjusted around the waist. About the fabric, this is my favorite of all my coats. It is not too thick or heavy -which means comfortable- but seems sturdy enough (my previous coat was beautiful but so thick and hard that it always felt odd around my neck) this coat has no double pockets, but the single pockets fit a lot. The style is very femenine and professional. I would probably get a second one

Fits well, looks professional and is very comfortable. Just enough stretch that the coat moves with you and maintains its shape throughout the day. I'm 5"0', 108 lbs and have struggled in the past to find a consultation coat that doesn't make me look like a little kid playing dress up. This fits the bill and is a reasonable price. As with any white coat it gets pretty grungy by the end of the week, but so far coffee and ink have washed right out. Am ordering a second to serve as a backup. Highly recommend Dickies products for their durability and fit.

Dickies Gen Flex scrubs are my absolute favorite, and this jacket fits right into the family. Great quality, flattering fit, professional looking. It washes well and doesn't require ironing (no shrinking, either). I'm 5'3" and 135 lbs., and the size small fits just perfectly with a lightweight top underneath. I probably could have gone with a medium, but the sleeves would have been a bit too long.

This jacket is soft and comfortable. In my experience, scrub jackets all run a little big. I tend to be XS/S so I went with the XS. It’s shape is nice, and it buttons over my DD’s. For reference, I’m 5’4, 128lbs. I could fit in an XXS for a more fitted look, bu this is perfect for my needs over scrubs. I would recommend.

I bought this for my chemistry class and after washing it 3 times I decided to just borrow a white lab coat each day in class. The coat fit fine but no matter what it collected every bit of lint and dust it came within a foot of touching. I thought washing it could make it a little more soft and less likely to attract dust but it didn't work. I really wanted to like it so I tried wearing it and bringing a lint roller to use before class with me the coat did not meet my instructors standards though. The coat buttons are too low, so it did not provide enough protection and the sleeves were too loose to use a bosun burner.

I love this lab coat. It is a sturdy construction and very stylish, with a true to size fit. It would be nice to have interior pockets, but the two front pockets are well made and hold a fair amount of your gear. I am considering ordering a second one because it is extremely comfortable due to the stretch fabric. Shipping was very speedy.

Quality lab coat which gives a nice appearance. Initially, ordered a small which was too large. Exchanged for x-small and it fits perfectly. The exchange was easy, no restocking fee. Good price point.
