Buckwheat honey
Recommend this honey it's so nice in my coffee and cereal, it has a funny smell after a while but that's buckwheat. I will be buying more already got another. Money well worth it. I even drink buckwheat tea now.

Unique 3 in 1 Flavour
This honey is not only fabulously good for you - in fact better than Manuka, you get a 3 flavour 'hit' with every spoonful. First stage is what I'd call cheap honey taste, which a lot of people do like. It's a bit rough & ever so slightly bitter. Second comes the earthy rich tone. Finally the fudge.Everyone tastes things differently & if you're a 'front of the palette' taster or you hate cilantro because you're in that group that only tastes soap when you eat it, this may be strange for you. It certainly doesn't taste like cow pats the way some people have described in - earthy/grassy maybe for stage 2.The flavour moves by stage from the front of the palette to the back where the fudge taste lingers.I eat it on it's own by the teaspoonful for the health benefits so can't comment adding it to food but if you only do what I do you're quids in.

Good honey
Honey is delicious. But I can't find such honey as I ate real buckwheat in my childhood anywhere. That honey was dark brown light and it made my throat very sore.

Allergic reaction to chemicals in this
This used to be good but i have since started reacting, I have a condition that means anything processed/has non natural chemicals in makes me flare up. This supplier used to be great for good quality honey ... now however i react from it. If your looking for all natural i wouldnt go here ... seems they have added something to the honey. Such a shame . Avoid and find another

Absolutely delicious
Ordering this regularly as it is delicious and not crystalised. Lovely, addictive taste. I shall probably stop ordering soon after end of summer as I hate the crunchy, sugary taste once it crystalises and have had zero success with other honeys getting it back to the delicious runny state by warming after crystalises
