but found I had to change the filter almost weekly, I tried cleaning by running under vigorous waster n replacing for another week but my 3gal tank would get cloudy.. so to be honest I stopped using the whisper filter and am using another n the tank n mates are all happy again.. so even though way better price than pet stores.. is not for me..

This product works, but even with a low bio load, such as my tank 2.5 gallon tank without any fish, just corals, the media gets clogged up real quick. This is not to say that the product is bad, it is made for pico aquariums, so if you need more filtration power, get a different filter for this media, or hot rod the filter by using filter floss or larger sponged and cut them to size.

A pesar de que son filtros que no se encuentran en cualquier acuario o veterinaria hacen muy bien su trabajo. Como recomendación, no coloquen plantas acuáticas en su pecera porque se tapa el filtro más fácil. Dependiendo la cantidad de peces que tengan, el agua les puede durar limpia por más de un mes.

Water looks fabulous/clear, fish seems happy. Seems I waited a couple of days too long to replace the filter (difficult due to lockdown, but took a chance on new design and with Prime delivery - it's perfect). :)

These filters fit the smaller filter pumps and its good value for the money - number in package is good. These fit filters for smaller tanks. Take out dirty one and put in new one while you clean the dirty one.
