Still early, but the biggest difference is how the supplement has helped with my digestion. This benefit has been a complete surprise and I now realize how few Vitamin B complexes I have used. I have spent so much $$ for digestion aides and expensive probiotics when my body needed a diverse range of Vitamin B's, which ARETE provides in generous doses. I also feel an uptick in my energy levels and recovery from intense workouts. Will be monitoring y progress, but can see clearly that my body was several Vitamin B anemic.Also, must mention that I like the name ARETE and the branding. Clear and persuasive branding. Great value too.

I’ve been taking it for a few weeks now along with 4-5 other supplements (including magnesium complex, blood builders iron, high dose probiotics, liquid chlorophyll, collagen, & mullein tincture.) I’m confident that the combination of them truly have been helping to nourish my very depleted body. I’ve been going through a depression and I’m normally very health oriented and love to take care of my body inside & out. But when I’m in a prolonged burnout like this, my energy is so low I can’t manage my usual regimens. So supplements are a good way for me to ensure I’m getting whatever nutrients I’m lacking from not eating much & not eating well when I’m not cooking and instead going for easy quick premade/processed meals.I’ve noticed since taking these, along with everything else, my energy levels have increased from low to moderate, I’m eating twice a day instead of once (my appetite decreases with my mental health), my nails (that I neurotically bite) have grown back out, my skin is purging toxins, my brain fog is less intense, and I feel less depleted that before I started taking them. I haven’t finished the bottle but I plan to because I feel that it’s beneficial & based on the ingredients I recommend! Haven’t had any issues or bad reactions. Would likely buy again if improvement continues to increase by the end of the bottle. I do want to add that I’ve only been taking 1 a day and just now realized I was supposed to be taking 2! So starting tonight I will be taking 2 and observing for any difference.

I had to refrain from vitamins and supplements for a surgery, and decided to try Arete . Its been 2 weeks now, and I love them. I am really able to focus during the day. Unlike other multi vitamins, Arete do not give me a stomach ache if I take on an ampty stomach, they are easy to swallow, and I think over all great value considering what the company stands for. As a mom I’m always on the go, running around, and I know that you all can relate! My group of other mom friends and I always recommend things to each other and share our new favorite products.. Like an Amazon book club! (remember when Amazon just sold books?!) Anyways I’m always so focused on making sure my kids get the nutrients they need, it’s easy to forget about myself! But after my last doctors checkup I realized it was time to take care of myself first so I can of them. Once I saw these multivitamins on Amazon I knew I had to give them a try. The packaging and all the ingredients looked great but I think it was the fact that they were allergen & gmo free, and vegetable based that sold me. I took them for about a month so far and I really think it’s what my body was missing. My friends even noticed I was a bit more energetic! I wish they’d noticed my glowing skin or healthy strong hair instead but I’ll take what I can get LOL. I told them about the vitamins and now they’re all hooked, I hope this doesn’t make me sound like a drug pusher! Just want all of us to put our needs first for a change, and what easier way than just one supplement a day :)

Arete is an awesome company that genuinely cares about their customers. I tried their women's multivitamin back in April, and my body didn't react well to an ingredient present in that formula. Since then, they have changed their formula and I have been loving it ever since! When I contacted the company, I was connected with Brian, and ever since then he has been checking in to let me know that they updated their formula and even gave me the opportunity to try their new formula. It has now been 2 months and the new formula is great and I feel a notable difference in my energy and hair growth in comparison to other multivitamins I have taken; plus, they are easy to swallow. If you are worried about a reaction, I would recommend looking at more recent reviews as they have modified their product. I will be continuing to purchase products from them! :)

I’ve been taking this vitamin for several months and I really like it. I feel like it’s more geared towards women and not just a general vitamin with “women” stated on it, but truly no different than the “mens” version. I feel great taking it, my mind is clear, my skin looks good and my hair & nails are super healthy and grow mega fast!! I will continue to buy and take this.
