One of extreme metal's few true legendary bands, Britain's Extreme Noise Terror, have finally returned with a brand new full length of brilliant raging crust/grind that they are known for. Review: Great - Arrived on time and in perfect condition Review: Delivery Company 👎🏼 - Once again... these guys from the delivery company do not pay attention to the way they treat the packages. ENT is blow-minding for sure and this album is fantastic.

7 years since their last album - the excellent 'Law Of Retaliation' - ENT make a storming return which couldn't be better timed as the world lurches ever closer to oblivion, a perfect time for ENT to return to the fray with their latest salvo, acting as a rallying call for the disaffected. With former vocalist Phil Vane sadly deceased, Ben McCrow steps into the breach alongside founding member Dean Jones and slots in perfectly, doing a cracking job. Musically, ENT have stripped away the grind-influenced blastbeats of their previous album and pared everything down to the bone as monochrome punk riffs and D-beats reign supreme. After recent albums saw a slight diversion, often veering towards death metal and grindcore, ENT have returned to their hardcore punk roots on an album that clocks in at a very concise 25 minutes which offers no let up as one murderously intense, high speed rage anthem follows another. The production captures the essence of the punk spirit perfectly; raw, dark and brittle, with enough jagged edges to satisfy demands for gut level intensity with a sound which oozes raw power - clear enough to make itself heard, but not 'too' produced. Perfect. With things as they are, socially and politically, groups such as ENT are as relevant now as they've ever been, with plenty of worthwhile targets to aim at. This album positions ENT squarely in the here and now and is one of their best albums - all meat, no flab, just as punk should be. Anybody with any interest in this legendary band needs to hear this. Try it.
