do not use this if you ever wear contact lenses. there is a manufacturer warning all about it. also, too shiny
very easy to apply and fix with plain q-tip. felt tip is double sided. any contact with water will give you . well, lets just say it isnt waterproof.

Customer service great, eyeliner, not so much!
3 stars are only for the customer service received. Eyeliner failed miserably. Supposed to be semi-permanent, couldn't even get through a couple of hours without it smearing and rubbing off. Applied to freshly washed and dry skin.

Smudges and wears off
I had hoped I would love this but even after taking time to make sure it dried after applying, it had smudged all over my top lid within an hour. I tried it a few times for a couple weeks but same result every time.

Totally worth it.
I like it. I got it this morning and even after playing in the sprinkler it's still on and was like the easiest eyeliner I've ever put on. For the price and only taking a few days to get here. Was totally worth it to me. Will deff buy it again.

Goes on smoothly and stays on all day and comes off easily with makeup remover.

Not long term or semipermenent as promised.
Watery, uneven, and wipes right off with the slightest touch. NOT what I thought I payed for. YES; I did wait for it to dry before touching.

Liked them at first, but not sure they're safe...
These are really dodgy. I used them for a while thinking they were alright and then had to stop when I noticed they were staining my contact lenses slightly purple. The kind of light, translucent purple like when you get a black marker pen wet. Even if you don't wear contacts you have to figure that dye is just bleeding into your eye instead, can't be healthy either way.They look quite good for about a couple of hours but then they fade. I quite happily reapplied and put up with it for the sake of the price until I realised where the ink was going. Can't really recommend.

Not waterproof
Quite thick pen tipend therefore difficult to get a nice thinner line, also rubs off so I would not say its waterproof either

Not great
Don’t like this at all, it smudges and is pretty rubbish compared to L’Oréal tattoo liquid liner pen which costs a bit more but never smudges and stays put. Going to stick to that one in future.

Nothing permanent about this
I bought it because of good reviews but it is not a good eyeliner as it had traveled down my face within an hour. Very disappointing

Very easy to apply, goes on well with good accuracy, stays on well didn't run on me. Good price.
