This eyeliner Does not stay on and melts and smudges all over the place.I would not buy this product again.

Lasted only a short time once opened. It seemed like it was already dried up or old stock. It stayed on well during the short time I could use it - no smudging!

Sorry this eyeliner ended up down my face. Previous makes have stayed in place without my eye watering. Shall not buy again.
