It works. ...Update!
Update! ...after a few months using these I will say one downside is they will magnetize all the bolts and tools you throw into them, which gets pretty annoying. Can't really dock a star for this though. They are sturdy, relatively affordable, and fulfill the intended use very well. Everybody could use a set of these anytime you are working any project where you need somewhere to set your fasteners or other small metallic objects without losing them or mixing them up. What you see is what you get. Recommend the 3-pack set, good value.
