LOTS OF PROBLEMS and not worth it
Lots of problems: 1. Doesn’t keep the temperature 2. When the drink is hot, can’t keep holding the cup because also hot from the outside Not worth it at all

Pros: very cute, nice color, gets the job done, fits in car cup holder Cons: Is too hot to hold once filled, leaks, kind of hard to drink out of, picks up scent really well (bad because its VERY HARD to get the scent out, + will pick up the scent of whatever you're trying to replace the initial scent with = overall, this means you will be experience the scent of whatever it has picked up along with the taste of your drink)

Poorly heat insulated mug
It looks nice and feels good, However I rarely use it as hot drink makes the mug too hot to touch.. I don't recommend it for the price..

Received the order without the proper packaging. The cartoon box was missing and the product was plastic wrapped

Not worth it
Heat is not insulated. The exterior gets too hot to hold when there is a hot liquid inside. Does not fit into a standard size car cupholder. Liquid easily leaks out of the top when covered. I don't recommend this product.

Low quality, overpriced, and damaged
The item was delivered damaged. That aside, the pictures are much fancier than the actual product. A fragile ceramic mug, wrapped in a teary cheap plastic. Not worth it

Material hochwertig und stabil. Zum üblichen to-go geeignet. Würde den Becher aber nicht im Rucksack o.ä. transportieren. Bei längerer Schieflage hält er nicht 100% dicht.

I purchased this because it is ceramic (like a mug) rather than metal. Like drinking out of it with and without lid. The only negative is the cup gets hot to touch when first made

With the postage on top you're out of pocket well over £40 for this mug and frankly it's not worth it. It's nice, but not that nice and it does not keep your drink that warm for that long. It also stains badly within one use so you'll need to scrub it really clean each time. No rinse and forget with this mug. Also the terrazzo effect is just a sleeve over the mug and it doesn't even fit perfectly.
