Is this a fat32 memory card? my camera is no recognizing it

Due to this being over 32GB it will require a special formatting tool in order to format it to fat32

Will it work in a Motorola G7 plus?

Of course it will work. Moto G7 can handle MicroSD card of up to 512 GB.

Is it used for fire tablet?

Yes I did put it in my Fire Tablet! It gives 128GB of space for downloaded Music & Movies, Plenty of storage!
