FSABB30 English Thread Adaptor (52g)

The key to solving press fit bb creaking issues is: 1. a one-piece sleeve sleeve like this 2. loctite, which this comes with.I tried the Praxis and it didn't solve my creaking issues. This simple sleeve is:1. lighter than the praxis/wheels manufacturing adapters, including a shimano bb by ~20g2. cheaper as well, even including a dura ace bb3. easiest to service the actual bottom bracket (it's just BSA, use a normal bb wrench)4. completely solves creaking due to the poor manufacturing tolerances of a few bicycle manufacturers (namely Cannondale)The downside is that you need to pay a shop to press it in (or make your own bb press). But after it's installed, you shouldn't ever have to remove it.

Got it pressed in and working like a charm. The outside finish quality is quite high, and the finish on the interior threads worked just fine. It came with some 609 to help secure it in place in case the press fit isn't enough.

Great product, this is the third one I have installed. Makes life so much easer then just adding an adapter. Solves a lot of issues!

Unfortunately this did not fit my bike and I had to return it - very disappointed because it was exactly what I was looking for.
