Really works!
I had gotten a couple of mosquito bites on my foot that were having a hard time going away because of having to wear shoes all the time for work. I'd scratch in my sleep and eventually turned into rashes. I tried every over the counter fungus cream (Clotrimaxole, Zinc Undecylenate, Undecylenic Acid, Isopropyl Palmate), cortizone, home remedy (tee tree alone) the internet threw at me and nothing worked. I'm not sure what those bites developed into but the active ingredient Tolnaftate was the key. I noticed results happening within 24 hours. It has also helped with razor rash too it seems.Smells great but not overpowering to where it leengers on your skin all day. Doesn't dry out your skin. I would recommend to anyone with a hard to get rid of mystery rash.

loooove this
My husbands feet are seriously the worst smelling things on this planet and I am not exaggerating. I mean these things make 4 week old egg salad that was left out in the hot sun smell like friggin sexy red roses. I'm telling you, his toes mold. Its gross. OK maybe not mold, but regardless theyre bad OK, just believe me. He wears boots everyday, his feet are usually submerged in water or mud of some sort so naturally, they get gross. This black bottle shit though is the ONLY and I mean ONLY thing that takes his freaky foot fungis odor away. It really works. The smell is pretty intense when in the shower but once you wash with it and rinse its not like it lingers once you dry off. Highly recommend this product. He use to use it daily, now its not as often as its not needed but it seems to really work. I got the set that came with the boot/foot spray too and I use that for my shoes as well. Buy it for the stinky in your life.

UPDATED Review:Since posting my original review I was contacted by signature customer service which offered a sincere apology over the incorrect directions and explained how the product was intended to use. The directions on my bottle are a misprint which they are aware of and will be fixing on the next production run. They also referred me to an email they had previously sent (that I missed in my inbox) which had some well thought out directions on how to use their product. Finally an offer for a full refund was extended on Amazon if I was not completely satisfied. With said, I like the product and have been using it as a foot wash. My feet feel soft and clean. I don't have major issues on my feet but am using it to keep an occasional itch under control before it turns into severe athletes foot. It might be helping but I am also using a shoe disinfectant and letting shoes dry out before using them again. Foot care isn't as simple as using one product. I will keep using this product and purchase more when I run out in the hopes that it helps keep athletes foot away and for the nice smell and pleasant feeling it leaves in my feet. Finally the signature customer service did NOT ask me to update my review. I am doing it because I like the product and they showed excellent customer service and have owned up to a mistake. We all make mistakes but not everyone owns up to them so I thank them. Changed my original rating from two to four stars. When I get the next batch with correct directions and have more time using the product I'll consider that fifth star.ORIGINAL REVIEW.I only just received the product and got confused when I read the directions on the bottle. The directions say "-wash affected area and dry thoroughly -apply a thin layer over the affected area twice daily (morning and night) or as directed by a doctor" this reads like a topical ointment not a body wash that the product is described as AND it is not the same as the directions shown in the stock photo which say "wash the affected area well, and let the product sit for 1-2 minutes before rinsing"... Those directions sound more like a body wash and is one of the reasons I bought it. I already have foot powders I apply to my feet daily so I didn't want an ointment that id have to apply with it. So is the product effective as a body wash? If so why did they change the directions? The other reason I bought it was for the tea tree oil which was the number one ingredient in the stock photo. Typically ingredients are listed in order by the amount contained in the product with the first being highest concentration. The bottle I recieved has ingredients listed in alphabetical order. Once again why the change? Was there a change in the formula or proportions of ingredients ? I hope not. I must sound very skeptical but that's what happens when I receive a product that is different from what I ordered..trust goes out the window. As for the product itself I used it as directed (the direction on the shipped product) but it's surely too soon to draw conclusions on its effectiveness (Well honestly I'll likely never be able to really know because foot care for active people depends on so many factors) BUT I can say I don't have any issues with the product itself. The smell is pretty strong but I don't mind it. Smells kinda like pine sol? When used as directed it leaves feet somewhat tacky. My sock kinda sticks to the parts of my foot where the product was applied. Leaves a cool sensation when applied and feet are exposed. I also used it per the other directions as a foot wash in the shower and it lathers up well like it was formulated to be a wash which again makes me wonder why they changed the directions. Hopefully it's NOT because leaving the product on for 4 minutes a day and then rinsing it away wasn't good enough to reap the benefits but that's the only reason I can think of. Will update review if anything new comes up. I hope the seller can offer some answers to the changes in directions and ingredient label. For what's it's worth I paid amazon's advertised price for this product and did NOT receive any discounts from anyone on this purchase.

Cleans & alleviates itching - Tolnaftate active ingredient
My skin itched so horribly I wanted to tear it off my flesh. Kröning is the ONLY body wash that alleviates the itching. 1% Tolnaftate, the active ingredient, also comes in occlusive creams, but, greasiness aside, who can afford to cover his/her entire body at $1.57 to $3.00 per oz.? Kröning Signature Black Bottle Antifungal Soap leaves skin clean and controls the itch. It's worth every penny of it's price to me.

Amazing if you are prone to fungal infections get this.
This item works amazingly. I have had skin issues for as long as I can remember from being in sports. I am also prone to getting them easily and even with taking preventative steps I would always get them. This product has been amazing not only has it treated fungal skin infections but has also helped prevent them from coming back. I have tried so many different anti fungal creams and pills and this is the best thing yet. I had ring worm on my knee that I had been using an over the counter cream on and switched to just using this and it was gone in about completely gone in 3 weeks. I have also not had any new infections pop up since I started using this every time I shower. The great thing is you do not need to use a lot. A little goes a long way. I will definitely be buying this again when I start running low.

Smells Terrible
It feels nice and certainly cleanses your body, but the scent is not great. I expected something close to Paul Mitchell's Tea Tree products, but this has a very bitter, almost noxious scent to it that I'm not a huge fan of. I didn't use it for fungal infection treatment so I can't review that aspect of it at all, but I used it as a pre/post exposure clean after having walked barefoot in public spaces (the gym, a pool etc..), so the jury is still out on if this can be used for that purpose.

Best product I have tried so far !
Have had extreme itchiness, and very irritating, red jock itch. I have tried a number of products to cure this without much luck. After using the product only one or two times, the itchiness subsided greatly. After one week, the redness and irritation are going away. The combination of the medicine to knock out the jock itch and the tea tree oil to sooth and heal the skin seem to be working. The tea tree oil has a pleasant scent. I have been using the product twice a day and leaving on the area for two minutes as directed on the bottle. You do not have to use much of the product and therefore one bottle goes a long way.
