Provide actual arch support
I don’t often leave product reviews but these definitely deserve the 5 stars. I have very high arches (men’s US 11) and whilst I do have custom orthotics made by my podiatrist, they are too thick for most shoes, especially runners. I used to buy another type which formed to your foot but they are now $80 which is ridiculous. So I tried these and right away noticed that I can feel them pressing against my arches, exactly as I need them to. Can’t comment on longevity but they are very well crafted and do not feel cheaply made. Really happy with them and will likely buy these going forward.

Comfy and supportive
This insoles are great. I love that they have excellent arch support, yet are low profile and not too thick in the heel. It works so well for me. My spouse has started using them as well and prefers them over his custom orthotics.

Bequem, unterstützend und passgenau zuschneidbar. Ich bin sehr zufrieden mit den Ailaka Schuheinlagen. Im Unterschied zu vielen anderen Einlagen ist hier der Bogen wirklich mal hoch und deutlich spürbar, was ich als sehr angenehm empfinde. Absolute Kaufempfehlung!
