Terrible service - avoid at all costs!!!
Washmachine got broken after 6 months (water leakage).Seller is ignoring amazon to pick up and do the warranty repair, amazon is saying since this is 3rd party seller, it is not their problem.Conclusion: spent almost AED 2k on wash machine and extended warranty, 6months later no refund and i can keep the broken wash machine. I have purchased also fridge from these jokers, i hope that will not break otherwise i do not know what to do.
