This sped up my prep time so much! I love using fresh herbs, and man does this work great to get the leaves off the stems!! It cleans well and is so easy to use! Durable stainless steel offers quality build in a small, silver design.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: I like this product fairly well. You have to kind of figure out which hole is the best to work with. I used it with a LOT of thyme that I had to strip. Thyme is probably one of the most difficult and it did work fairly well. The "chopper" blade also works--it is pretty sharp, but I just found it was easier to use my chef knife for the cutting. Have not used it yet with other herbs, but I am glad I got this.
