Hipresso Super Fully Automatic Espresso Coffee Machine-7" HD TFT Touchscreen with Milk Frother 19 Bar Pressure

The machine makes good coffee. This is not my first espresso machine so I am diligent about cleaning it regularly. I had purchased the extended warranty as well. After less than 4 months the milk frother failed. I submitted a claim for the warranty and they sent me back to the manufacture, geekpure, because the unit was less than 4 months old (it was a nuisance, for sure). The manufacturer sent me complex videos to disassemble the unit to check an internal solenoid valve. The level of disassembly was completely unreasonable for the consumer! That was all they would offer. I saw another review mention the same thing. I had to return the unit. Poor quality. Not good service. You will regret your purchase.

Update a year later...I was a out to reach the vendor via their website, not through Amazon. They provided instructions on how to fix the fuse and gave me a credit for the amount of the fuse and tools. I replaced the fuse myself and it's still working great.Original post:The machine worked beautifully. I loved it. But then it stopped loading past the first screen when we turned it on one morning. There's no way to reset the software, no advice in the manual, and the vendor is not responsive.

I purchased item august 2024 and machine stopped working October 2024 I Contacted Geekpure numerous times seeking repair I have yet to be given any repair site location or authorized repair technician I havent gotten return authorization or how to return machine to Geekpure for repair of refund My Next action is to submit to GA Attorney General for redress.

It’s very nice machine it makes hot coffee and easy to use and easy to clean we had it for two weeks and we love it

Easy to handle, quite grinder. Maybe needs a bigger bean storage. Small complain.

Great looking machine, but when it comes to making the coffee, it falls flat. After cleaning the system and flushing 6 or 7 full water tanks, it still smelled like a burnt garden hose.The press system must not be squeezing the coffee ground, or the system is leaking because the area the grounds fall into is not dry like other expresso machines are. It’s like a swamp of coffee grounds. When I pulled it out to inspect, the whole pressing system was covered in coffee grounds. And this was only after trying out a few cups.The water heat time and milk frothing time is very slow.Final conclusion is I returned the expresso maker and never got to enjoy a cup of coffee with the new machine. D let the looks fool you as it did me.

I've same problems all other one star reviews have. The coffee is water, there is tons of coffee inside maker all over the place, it looks like it doesn't grind the coffee all the way to brew, but the coffee is all over inside the maker. I've cleaned maker and it's still brewing water. I'll add some pics and videos later today.

Nice and simple. Easy to use, easy to clean, and good milk frother.Sensors for coffee hopper and spent coffee are not accurate. Unable to get the unit to anything above 120°F. Poor default calibration.
