Q: Where can i get the english manual for keyboard with built-in optical trackball (tk-tb01umbk)?

Don't know exactly. Don't remember needing one. Put in a battery and Slide the switch to on. Put receiver in computer USB port......I have my trackball seperate. That required downloading drivers; recommend running a cable the first time you set it up to eliminate variables.

Q: The product looks very high quality. Is there an english language version?

It's a good product and I think it comes with an extra mouse just cause. It is an English language keyboard. Just next to the English letters are small Japanese characters. I bought it as a high value compact keyboard. For the money it's great. They did mess up on a couple keys. Like shift+8 produces a * but written on the key is a '('. If you don't have to look to type you won't notice it at all. But, directly to your questions - keyboard output is an OS setting. It isn't dependant on what is written on the keys.
