Q: How many minimum and maximum pellets can it drop at once?. Actually I need one that not drop more than 3 pellets. Which one can you recommend me????

If you are looking to drop only three(3) pellets then is is not a good system to purchase.

Q: How long does the baterry charge last?

I have been using my feeder twice a day for 3 weeks and the battery monitor still shows 2 bars,so I would say the batteries are good for at least a month and probably a bit longer.

automatic dispensing seems relatively consistent so just make sure you are not over feeding which is easy to do with an auto feeder. Watch an automatic feeding event and ensure all the food dispensed is consumed in roughly 2 minutes. If there is excess readjust the feeder. Excess food is very bad.

I use it and works find or you may just have to get creative and make a smooth edge.
