I like the idea of using more muscles and burning more calories on my fitness walks. Today was my second time with Leki Nordic walking poles and I got the hang of it quickly. By keeping hands/fingers open the poles do the work themselves. They find their own footing as you very lightly push off for your next step

This is the second pair of Traveller Nordic Walking sticks I've owned. These sticks are great. The extensions work better than the old. The locks hold more firmly than the old locks did. These sticks collapse down to a size that makes it more convenient for travel. The clips for the straps that go around the wrists are just a bit more difficult to use that those on my old sticks.I really like my sticks and would highly recommend them.

Ordered these after using them on a recent cruise ship where they were offered for walkers on promenade deck. Liked how light weight they were and also the comfortable straps to slip your hands into. Highly recommend them to increase effectiveness of your walks.

Works great walking. Helps me keep my balance.
