I like that they are easy to swallow. I use them because I am in constant pain and they are the only way I get any sleep on some nights. They are not so strong that I wouldn't wake if there were any strange noises etc., so for me a good balance.

Make sure you try to get up at the same time everyday.The main positive about these is when you only end up with a short window to sleep like me as I usually can't fall asleep for 3-5 hours so always wake up knackered. They will help you wake up easier with less sleep and you won't feel quite as groggy.The size of the capsules and taste isn't great though but it's not as bad as liquid herbal nytol
