1. The design as shipped is kind of confusing. They have 3 places you attach things and they included 3 rubber washers to insert. This left me thinking I would need all 3. No, I only need one. The other two are already in place behind little screw out plastic inserts on the two ends of the hose. I was confused since the two ends of the hose are flush that the two plastic parts were supposed to remain there and there was no way to connect the hose to the hose or the diverter. I spent maybe 10 minutes trying to determine how to connect the hose. Finally I was spinning the insert (I thought it was just spinning in a groove) when it unscrewed. YAY!! It was simple but not what I was expecting.The rest of the installation was very very easy. I think except for the problem trying to determine how to attach the hose, it took maybe 5 minutes (and that includes attaching the hose). After attaching the hose, the hardest thing was separating the sticky paper from the holder.They include a wrench for attaching the diverter to the pipe coming out of the wall. It fits good. The hose they mention having a hexagonal fitting (it is kind of but very rounded going from one hex side to the next. If you want to use the tool on this fitting (I do not think they intend for it to be used there, you can slide a quarter next to the hexagonal fitting and the tool fits and tightens this connection.The hose is really long. It easily reaches all the way to the opposite wall of the 60' bathtub.The only maybe detractor, is the hose and wand seem really flimsy. I might be wrong. If they are not a big problem as the full showerhead with wand is only like $40 (at least right now). Also I am actually preparing to remodel the bath area with a deep soak/whirlpool bath so definitely not an issue for me.So easy install, appears will work well, but part appears flimsy.It will definitely work for me. If you are doing on a budget, I would recommend for you also.

Cleaning the shower was such a pain without a hand held shower head and made me procrastinate in cleaning it as often as I should have. Finally got frustrated enough to take on the challenge of changing out my shower head to this dual shower head / hand held and I don't regret doing it at all. I've never changed a shower head before, so that being said...The instructions were very good and the kit literally had everything you need to do it. I'm a shortie so only needed a stool to complete the job.I thought it'd take me 15-20 minutes, but it took me about 40-45 *being a complete novice with no experience whatsoever.I still experienced leakage from the main shower head after my 1st and 2nd attempt, so I youtubed some help and figured out I didn't have the extra tape you put around the threading on as well as I could have. Once I redid the tape around the threading, it worked like a charm! I'm SO SO glad I switched it over!I'm going to do the same with my kid's shower head to aid in the cleaning of their shower too.

Someone had already attempted to install this and jammed everything back in the box. All of the plumbers tape was used and still wrapped (somewhat poorly) around the ends of the fixture. The part that holds the shower handle was not only damaged but also heavily glued to a piece of plastic and a wrench.Aside from that and needing a replacement holder piece, it works incredibly well - the pressure is amazing.

This particular showerhead and shower wand are one of the better products I have purchased. This product is excellent. If you have a medium to low water pressure, the wand is very powerful and has several different settings on it. I have now purchased three.

When I moved into my new place, the existing shower head was the creepiest looking thing I've ever seen. I'm not even sure what the one head was but it looked like a butt plug. I bought a new one that was too weak, then I ordered another one that was too long, it hit the ceiling. Finally I found this one. It's perfect! Different adjustments, it can do one or the other or both. Fabulous shower pressure. And I love the color. The matte black looks good against my white tiles. Would absolutely recommend.

I wanted to love this shower head so much but over the last year it has just not performed at my expectation. The main head rotates which you would think is a plus, but each time you move it, it loosens at the base, causing the pressure to lower. In general the main head just has low pressure. But hey, you get what you pay for!

The media could not be loaded.  Great dual shower head at a great price point !! Water pressure is excellent and easy to install. Gives your shower an elevated look and feel :)

We've bought two of these. The one in the pictures is 1 ½ years old, the other one barely 6 months. The black stuff in the pictures is the paint chipping off. It looks so horrible, at first we thought it was mold but it isn't. We didn't clean it with any harsh products so it can't be our fault. They were somewhat cheap, but when I read stainless steel I expect more. Now we have to go and buy new ones already...

Best shower head I have had

It’s nice looking, the handheld broke within two weeks of using. I’m hoping I can get a replacement hand held.
