Don't order these if you wear Lowa Renegade boots...the tps are way too big to go through the eyelets...even if you use pliers to make the tips a little oblong instead of round. No dice, won't fit. Nice laces but pretty fat...buyer beware!

Love these. They're a good thickness for the standard eyelets on my work boots. Really good value at 2pr for the selling price. I've had them on one lighter-use/casual pair for about 4 months, and I finally got fed up with the ratty laces on my beater boots and installed the second pair. Like on the first these improve snugness and ease of adjustability, there's very little stretch, and the grip is excellent, often times I forget to double knot and they generally stay tied. My older boots instantly feel more secure and comfy, and look better too thanks to the red/black color of the laces. They have muted styles like a classic yellow/brown as well, if that's your preference.Durability is great, after four months the first pair show no signs of fraying at the normal spots.I will definitely buy another 2pr set for back-up after a while, but I do expect it to be a while. Knock on wood, they may outlast my current pairs of boots.

I purchased the GREATLACES Heavy Duty proTOUGH(TM) Kevlar Reinforced Boot Laces Shoelaces RED w/Black Kevlar - 2 Pair Pack for my snow black snow boots and these laces work fantastic and look really cool! In the pack there are 2 sets of laces ! Meaning 4 laces... I got laces to last me for a while! Before you order carefully measure your current laces before placing the order just to make sure you they fit right! I measured the original ones that were on the boots that were about 6"-7" too long and ordered shorter ones and now my boots are better than when they were new! Great product, I would recommend to any one who is looking for replacement laces!

These laces are worth the price. I was worried at first they'd be short (sized by eyelet count on my boots), but the length is spot on for a double knot due to a generous but of stretch in the laces. The stretch also means these *never* come untied on their own! I've been wearing these daily for a month now in all conditions, all activities, and they still look brand new, and I've yet to re-tie them even once throughout a day. And, they're US made! All of my boots will be getting these Great laces from here on out.

Wow, absolutely love them. Survived both of my cat and my dog. These animals love chewing on shoelaces, and that's why I need to have my current ones replaced. But these laces are rock solid! Get them get them get them! Now I'm confident to trust my weight on them.

I spent waaaay too long picking out a pair of red shoe laces, and finally settled on these. They're perfect. Exactly as described. Exactly what I was looking for. I replaced some Brown laces on my Timberland Euro Hikers -- strictly for style and appearance reasons -- and couldn't be happier. Heck of a price, too. And they seem to be top-notch quality; I've snapped laces the first time using them, and these have taken the pull/stress I put on them.

These laces (not shoes) are nice and thick for my work boots. They seem to be larger in diameter that others I saw on the site. I like the red color, too. But, they might be a little too long. I probably could have used the 54" if they were available. But, even if they were, I would have gotten the 60" as that is closer to the length of my old laces.Anyway, if you like the red color and need very heavy laces then these are for you.

Replaced my old chewed up laces on my LL Bean Maine Pac Boots. They are thick and seem well made. The first eyelet was a bit harder to thread but all others threaded fine. These are a little shorter than my old laces but 54" vs 72" but they are still plenty long. I think the longer laces were the reason my old ones got so chewed up.

Very nice robust laces, seem quite durable. I installed a pair on my Lowa hiking boots and used them on a recent 7-day trekking expedition climbing mount Kilimanjaro in Tanzania. The laces help up quite nicely and never became untied on their own. The larger than usual diameter makes them easier to tie (at least for me with large hands.) One thing to keep in mind is that the larger diameter might not fit well for certain types of eyelets. My particular hiking boots have somewhat small proprietary eyelets holes (D-rings) and it was a bit troublesome to install the laces and push them through the small holes. Now that they are installed it's fine.

Like the colour and strength of the laces. They are slightly small but I am finding that with most laces these days now...
