I'm just looking for a round base mic stand that has the heaviest base. Would this be my best buy?

On-stage MS9212 9.25lbs base. 15 lbs, in box Gator GFW-MIC-1201 7.35lbs base. 11 lbs, in box The OS extension stand is heavier than the Gator. Roughly 1 lb more. On-stage is the more sturdy, heavier of the above 2 stands.

Can the stand unscrew for the base? We're looking for an extension to use as our Shure antennae base extension.

Can I add wheels to the bottom?
