iFlight Beast H7 55A AIO Board H7 AIO Flight Controller 55A ESC 25.5x25.5 Mounting Hole

I have had a lot of fc's from IFlight and they are all junk. I decided to try one more time with the Beast as I needed a controller that was light enough for a special build ,and I can say that this is the best little controller I have found. It is a tough piece of hardware, to bad the rest of there product line is crap . The have no quality control it seems I have a stack of controlles and ESC that just quit working after a week or so , about 12 flights is all they're good for. But the beast has been going strong for awhile now and probably 50 flights.

So a couple things about this FC, there is a known hardware defect which prevents bidirectional Dshot from being used. Manufacturer knows and has already pushed out V2 of this board, but for some reason keeps selling the bad V1 boards. If you search for it on the web, you’ll find plenty of complaints about it. Manufacturer basically said too bad, want a discount for our v2 version with it fixed?This is also not bheli firmware on the escs. I wanted to like this FC so much but it has not flown once and I’ve tried all the workarounds I can find. Even on the recommendations for getting by with some different combinations of firmware, still can’t get it off the ground.Staying away from iflight from now on.

Fair product however just after a month of use and prolly 6 total flights, the onboard bec circuit burned up flying on 4s with velox motors and no hard acceleration

This FC is perfect for a HD race frame with a 25x 25 mounting option.

Built on a sub 250g all up weight on 1700 kv 2004 motors and after a few flight esc on motor one went up in smoke. DO NOT BUY THIS. Second one I've lost in one year.

Currently there is no way to use both the barometer and rpm filtering in betaflight. In order to use rpm filtering you have to use jazzmaverik firmware and betaflight 4.2.6 due to changes in betaflight in later releases. This wouldn't be a problem aside from not being able tp upgrade betaflight but the barometer only works in betaflight 4.3 pre release.

I bought 2 neither have mpu- 6000 and the gyro is not aligned according to the board markings. Usually happy with iflight. Not this time tho
