This bentonite clay is a staple in my detox routine. I’ve tried pricier options, but this one holds its own—clean, effective, and affordable. I’ve had some bathroom issues and this helps to tame the beast. I will take 1-3 depending on the severity. It’s best to take prior to eating but I’m no doctor.

From all the brands i tried, this seems to work best. No side effects or heavy constipation.

It worked really well when I first starting taking the product. I was very pleased. But, I made the mistake of assuming that it had cured what ailed me and I stopped taking it. Over a period of time, things started to revert to where they were before and that was not good. The problem is that it is not working as well after a layoff. Not sure why but not getting the results like before. The answer I guess is that you have to remain consistent with its use.
