I like the shape of the bottle.I use it to make Keto coffee .. 1 tbs MCT oil, 15g butter - melt in microwave for 55 secondsAdd the fats to a black coffee, whisk on high for 15 seconds.It will produce a delicious creamy coffee which tastes and looks like a professionally made Latte

I'm new to the Keto diet and learnt about MCT oil, I don't have a lot of spare cash and this product seem to provide everything needed at a reasonable cost. So good value, Good quality.

Great product, gets those MCTs into my liver with no fuss. Awesome for bulletproof coffee.

On first looking at the bottle, like see in the market photo/CGI image it was obvious that the bottle was only about 80% full and the liquid level was far below where the liquid is normally in a bottle. I knew density of MCT oil is about 0.95, so I weighed the advertised 500ml bottle and contents which I would have expected to come in at about 490grams, giving about 15 grams for the weight of the plastic bottle without a cap on it.The weight was only 420grams, obviously some is missing.I then drained all of their in an a measuring cup and the volume was just under 450ml.Where did the other 50ml go? The bottle had not been opened, no oil staining was on it as it might have been if it had leaked.

First time buying this brand it’s very good quality I used with my coffee 👍 I will buy it again inshallah
