I’ve ordered protein pancake mix from another supplement store but those ones were terrible and very dry. These taste so much better in comparison. The only downside is the price for the amount you get. But I’ll order again.

I wanted a low carb pancake mix and this fits the bill. My family love pancakes so l was a little worried about whether they would like the taste. They loved it, but l wasnt too keen on the taste myself. The plus side is that the pancake was very light, filling and didnt make me feel bloated.

This has become one of my go-to breakfast items. Usually I feel guilty about eating pancakes, but with 16g of protein per serving I eat these a couple times a week. It's not a large serving size, basically I get two small pancakes out of it, and it's 170 calories plus the oil, butter and syrup used. Sometimes I add fruit or nuts to the pancakes for a little extra.It takes less than 5-minutes to mix and cook. You just add water, and throw in the pan.Really happy I discovered this mix, I always trust Bob's Red Mill for quality.

These are tasty pancakes and easyvto cook. I also use it to mix with pumpkin spice muffin mix for muffins with less sugar and more protein ( equal parts pancake mix to muffin mix).
