Value for money
Can't say it's stopped or reduced my craving per say, but if you take it before eating it coats your tongue so you don't enjoy the sweet foods as much. Fairly bitter but nothing offensive. helps my digestion too. I would definitely buy this again

Taste disgusting but hoping it will work
Just got this in the post. Excited to try. Mixed it with warm water and then I drank it. It taste like water from aquarium (not that I drank aquarium water 😂)! Smells like grass water. I just hope this will help me sleep and lose some unwanted lbs!!!Update: I used tea bags for this and it is so much better to drink. No more grits!
