Bought these initially to keep as snacks or a quick breakfast for my kids before running off to school. Husband loves frosted flakes and tried these. Let's just say these are no longer a kids snack lol he eats them more than my kids!

When you first bite down, you think these are going to be hard and crunchy. But as soon as that bite is in your mouth, it turns deliciously chewy.Similar to that other famous cereal bar, but frosted flake lovers like myself are going to really like these.And unbelievably, each bar is only a hundred calories.The only thing I don't care for, is the coating on the bottom. The cereal itself is so sweet that it's totally unnecessary and I don't feel it adds anything with the exception of making it seem more like a bowl of cereal with milk. I ate just that part, to gauge how it tasted separate from the cereal part, and it leaves a rather artificial and oily after taste when you eat the coating alone, even though these bars are naturally flavored.Another thing I really like about them, however, is that instead relying only on a bunch of chemicals, rosemary extract is also used to preserve the freshness.Any small step is a good step. Using half of an artificial preservative is better than preserving a product completely with chemicals.
