Q: Are the jet sprays adjustable?

You can adjust the actual position of the 6 jets (move them individually up or down or side to side) and you can kind of adjust the actual water pressure too (by turning the water control dial closer to the one that controls the rain head or shower head, doing this makes less water spout from the jets setting.

Q: Can u run head and body jets at same time?

No you can not. Unfortunately each option must be run by them selves only.

Q: I received the box and the hand held shower holder is missing. Where can I purchase it ?
