These are great little devices for a relatively low cost, small enough to sit behind most wall mounted light swiches.

I brought this to use with HomeAssistant - I didn't want to use it through the ewilink app - instead I wanted to use esphome instead. I used the included jumper to turn on "dig mode" and then followed the sonoff instructions to flash the esphome compiled firmware. All this worked based on their instructions and I am able to integrate directly with HomeAssistant. I've wired mine into the ceiling rose and can still turn on and off with the standard switch or now through HomeAssistant

I have used these for lighting at 240V and for LED drivers and like them.The setup is not as slick as the Meross switches, but once setup they are more reliable.NB you might need to adjust your network settings to find the switches during setup, but they can go back once done.

Brilliant project item!Small and easy to set up in your ceiling rose;I have flashed a custom written Firmware to this device as the EWeLink App is more restrictive than my Home System likes, that proved difficult due to the TX/RX pins being a small solder pad not a pin but works a treat!No issues so far!Will be buying more for the rest of my lights- Note: if flashing custom Firmware, the board requires ESP8266 not ESP8285 firmware otherwise the WiFi doesn’t work (although it’s an ESP8285 installed)

I’ll start buy saying I live in a new build house so have neutral wiring in my switches. I have just managed to fit this in a standard 25mm back box with all the wiring. I have Philips hue throughout the house but in the lounge we have a light fitting that has tiny bulbs so was going to go for a smart switch but all seem to have LED lights so this was a great compromise. One I realised it was a zero voltage loop that was needed to the switch it was pretty simple to install. It was very simple to connect to the app and further to Alexa.

This is a great idea and i was looking forward to using it in my home, however, after installing the app and pairing it to my phone it would not connect to the WiFi no matter what i tried. Sad to say i returned it.

Muy buen producto, compacto, practico para su configuración dentro la la app una vez enlazado. Cuesta un poco de trabajo ponerlo en modo de emparejamiento para sincronizarlo con la WIFI.

Fácil instalar, fácil configurar, pequenos para caberem numa caixa de tomada. Produto excelente em qualidade e vou comprar muitos mais!!!Ps. Existem modelos mais baratos (outras marcas), mas não quis me arriscar. Fiquei mesmo com os produtos Sonoff.

El producto es bueno, muy útil para evitar cambiar la instalación, todo funciona de acuerdo a lo que dicen, lo único malo es que 2 de los 5 que compre no funciono.

Le mode DIY est facile à utiliser et permet facilement de migrer le FIRMWARE vers TASMOTA , de plus, un interrupteur ordinaire 120V peut être relier sans tension pour opérer le relais. Je peux donc automatiser avec TASMOTA et laisser un interrupteur pour l'opération manuel ou lorsque des visiteurs sont à la maison. Très satisfait.

My second purchase. Using them with Alexa, very reliable, never had a failure/need of reset.Easy setup and Alexa integration with the ewlink app. In the ewlink app you can turn on some features that Alexa do not have but still works with Alexa, additional bonus. E.g automatically turn off the device after xxx time has lapsed since power on, power on state, timers and loop timers. Very useful for my setup.
