Tenho 1,83m e 86kg. Comprei Tamanho LXL.O Tamanho ficou bom no comprimento e a compressão no corpo ficou muito boa. Leve esforço pra vestir, mas como estica um pouco, não tive dificuldades.Com uns 4 minutos de uso e no Ar condicionado, suei mesmo assim, conforme as fotos mostram, então penso que quando for praticar exercícios realmente irá suar bastante.

Es diferente a los demás, joo mido 1,80 y peso 79kg y cogí SM.. va bien aprieta lo justo.
No para milagros pero para reducir algo... Jo creo!!Más largo serían mejor 4 o 5 cn de mas.Después de probado dos meses reduzco volumen.Es el mejor sin Duda.
