It has been a very good item, we used almost every day during 3 years ! A bit noisy and the stick broke after 2 years or so but honestly good deal for the price considering the long use.

I need to change the product due to the malfunction before the warranty ends
I bought this Samsung SC4130 vacuum cleaner from this seller about 7 months ago. Unfortunately, it has already stopped working. It starts for a few seconds, makes a loud noise, then shuts off with a slight burning smell. The product packaging mentions a warranty, but I cannot obtain the invoice from Amazon because it says to contact the seller. I would appreciate it if the seller could contact me and help resolve this issue under the warranty. Thank youI will gladly update my review if the issue is resolved.
