The locket was at first hard to open. Once it’s opened it can only be opened a wee bit. There was something wrong with the hinge.

the product is cheap in price, but quality in material. it is so pretty, and i get compliments on it all the time! the only thing i have to say (not really a complaint) is that the locket is a little hard to open. however, i think that that's actually beneficial because you won't have to worry about it randomly opening and any pictures inside falling out. would 100% recommend :)

I bought this for my great niece and she loved it! I don't know how sturdy it is, but she will be careful to wear it for special occasions and not during sport activities.
